Before you return any item you must obtain a return authorization number from a Playbox Zone representative.
Playbox Zone will authorise the return of an item only in the following cases:Â
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.Â
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
• We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
• We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
Our Returns Procedure
Please complete the following steps when returning an item.
1. Returns authorisation

Before returning any item please obtain a returns authorization number by emailing us at

We will then evaluate your request and email you with an authorisation number.

Complete the RA form that is attached to the email you receive from Playbox Zone or download the form from here.
2. Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the RA form and the postal receipt if you wish postage to be refunded. Â
RETURNS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN THE ABOVE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER
 Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
3. Posting DVDs, CDs, games and books

Please send by recorded delivery only.

We will refund the postage of any recorded-delivery item up to a maximum of $5.00 (provided you include the receipt).
4. Return address

5. Replacement or refund
We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your card.
Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.
How we test returned items
We test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. This will not exceed $5.00 for DVDs, CDs and video games. Postage costs for electronics and gadgets will depend on the item.
We advise you to check any DVD, CD or video game on a second machine and to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
We are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD players or games consoles that have been modified or ‘chipped’ in any way to disable regional encoding.
